In a significant blow to drug cartels, the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) handed over a substantial cache of illicit substances, suspected to be Cannabis Sativa and Tramadol, weighing over 15,000 kilograms, to the National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
